Renovations and additions to two existing historic buildings. One building became the new City Hall offices, the other became the new Police Station. Renovated facilities include offices, City Council chambers, staff room for police officers, and garage for police vehicles. At the owner's request, Swanson Design Studios was pleased to retain the historic character of the original buildings.

Total project size approximately 12,400 square feet.
